Shah Alam [SELANGOR]: Itching to update your wardrobe with the latest J.Lindeberg designs of the season?

Well, participants at the J.Lindeberg Invitational at The Mines Resort & Golf Club on August 23 will have the opportunity to pick their favourite design from Swedish brand’s newest, progressive performance apparel range.

Event organisers Transview Golf believe that breaking away from the traditional “one design fits all” mantra will go a long way towards rewarding the loyalty shown by J.Lindeberg aficionados.

“The usual practice at golf events is that all players receive the same model of apparel in their goodie bags. We felt that since this is a premium event, we will provide our participants, who are mostly fans of the brand, with a chance to choose a golf polo that best reflects their own style preference,” said Transview Golf marketing manager Kevin Chan, adding that the retail price of the golf apparel on offer will be between RM429 to RM559.

Entry fee for the J.Lindeberg Invitational has been set at RM750 with Transview Golf Card members enjoying a RM100 discount. 

Transview Golf’s events manager Daniel Tim noted that the tournament represents good value for golfers as it usually costs over RM1,000 for a weekend tee-off at the prestigious layout.

“Not only do you get a chance to play at this members-only golf course but you will walk home with an attractive goodie bag as well as stand a chance to win some good prizes. The champion will also receive a mystery gift, which we will announce on the day of the tournament,” he noted.

Golfers can also do their part for a good cause by taking part in a bulls-eye competition, with the proceeds being channelled to Persatuan Penjagaan Kanak-Kanak Cacat Klang.

The J.Lindeberg Invitational is the second stop in a series of tournaments being organised by Transview Golf as a means to engage with the brandowners it represent in these parts as well as rewarding its Golf Card members.
